San Luis Obispo, CA – Lezyne debuts its first portable electric pump called the E-Drive, a compact, high-performance electric pump designed and developed entirely in-house. The E-Drive features a custom-engineered motor that runs cooler and lasts up to four times longer than standard portable electric pumps. Furthermore, the E-Drive stands out with its first-of-a-kind replaceable battery design.

Combining industrial-grade materials with extensive prototyping and lab testing, the device has been built to provide unmatched inflation power and long-term reliability.

Key to the E-Drive's performance is an advanced thermal management system—refined through years of Lezyne’s high-performance LED development—that pairs a dedicated internal cooling fan with a CNC-machined aluminum heatsink extrusion and specialized low-friction technology. This optimized cooling integration safeguards the pressure sensor, improving accuracy, and eliminates the need for additional, bulky covers.


Powered by a high-capacity 750mAh battery, the E-Drive capably inflates up to six tires on a single charge to a maximum pressure of 120 PSI (8.25 bar) and fills most tires in under 90 seconds. Combined with fast USB-C charging, this means less downtime and more inflation power.

Setting a new standard for sustainability, the E-Drive features a fully user-replaceable battery design that allows riders to swap in a fresh cell to extend the product's lifespan indefinitely.


For versatile connectivity, the unit uses a hose with Lezyne's innovative Multi Chuck, that’s seamlessly compatible with Presta, Schrader, and Clik Valve* standards.
