RECALL SAFETY NOTICE
Lezyne is conducting a voluntary recall on early models of the Pressure Over Drive floor pump because the canister can forcefully eject from the base when pressurized, posing a risk of serious injury from impact to the user or bystander.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycle floor pump and register below to determine if you are eligible for a free replacement floor pump. Proof of purchase is not required.

step 1 - IDENTIFY RECALLED PUMP
If you own a Lezyne Pressure Over Drive floor pump, we recommend you inspect your pump as soon as possible.
Recalled Pressure Over Drive floor pumps were manufactured from Feb 2016 to Dec 2021 and can be identified by the presence of a bleed port on the front of the pump’s base, as shown in the photos below.
step 1 - IDENTIFY RECALLED PUMP
If you own a Lezyne Pressure Over Drive floor pump, we recommend inspecting your pump, as soon as possible, to see if it is impacted by this recall.
Recalled Pressure Over Drive floor pumps were manufactured from Feb 2016 to Dec 2021 and can be identified with a bleed port on the front of the pumps base. If there is no bleed port located on the front side of the pump base, your pump is not affected by this recall.

Step 2 – Complete the Recall Form
If your floor pump is involved in this recall, please fill out the Recall Form. We are requiring the following: (1) stop using the recalled units, (2) disable the recalled pump by cutting, drilling or grinding a hole in the aluminum cannister, and (3) send a photo of the disabled unit as a condition of receiving a replacement.
Please upload a photo of your floor pump that shows ❶ the Lezyne logo on the canister, ❷ a hole drilled, sawed or ground into the aluminum canister, ❸ the bleed port on the front and your current shipping information.
If you do not have the proper tools and / or ability to drill or saw a hole into the canister, we recommend end consumers visit a local bike shop to assist with the destruction process.
CAUTION
Confirm floor pump is fully discharged of air before drilling / sawing a hole into the canister.
Step 2 – Complete the Recall Form
If your floor pump is involved in this recall, we ask you to register for a replacement by filling out the Recall Form.
Please be prepared to upload photos of your floor pump that show: ❶ the Lezyne logo on the canister, ❷ a hole drilled or sawed into the aluminum canister, and ❸ the bleed port on the front side of pump base and your current shipping information. See photo on the left for an example of a disabled floor pump.

STEP 3 - disposal
After submitting a valid recall claim, we ask you to dispose the recalled pump according to state and local regulations for steel and aluminum products.
Please Note: Digital versions contain a coin cell battery that will need to be disposed of separately as hazardous waste. Most hardware stores and fire departments will accept these batteries. Be sure to keep all coin cell batteries away from young children.
TERMS OF RECALL
When you submit a replacement claim, you agree to the terms of the recall and confirm that you qualify for a replacement, including the following statements:
- I am a retailer or end-consumer who obtained an affected Pressure Over Drive floor pump for personal use or sale.
- I am currently in possession of the affected bike pump(s) that I will be registering.
- I will disable and dispose of the affected bike pump(s) in accordance with state and local regulations.
I understand that if I submit a claim for a product that has already been registered in a previous claim, I will not receive a replacement.
For the purposes of fulfilling replacement requests, Lezyne may share necessary claim information with its distribution partners. Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, and will only be used for the purpose of processing and delivering your replacement.
