When MBUK dropped by our factory in Taichung, Taiwan, we didn’t want them to just observe: We put them to work! The question of the day was, “Can I build my own MTB light?” Well, we let them have a go at it. So, the MBUK crew went behind the scenes of our manufacturing to experience firsthand how the Lezyne Macro Drive 1400 comes to life. They got hands-on with our latest technology, operating CNC machines and assisting with assembly and quality control.
Throughout the visit, MBUK got to experience the precision and craftsmanship that defines every Lezyne product. From machining, to carefully installing circuit boards and battery systems. Each step shows our commitment to performance, quality, and design. What might seem like a simple bike light is really the result of thorough engineering and rigorous testing standards. By the end of the day, the experience showcased how we build world-class bike lights.
